Purpose of data processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to establish or maintain commercial relationships between you and STS Logistic Sp. z o.o., direct marketing or the company’s services, as well as to send commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, if you have consented to them to obtain. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter 1 Letter a) or b) or f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of data.
The scope of data processed by the administrator
The personal data processed by you is personal data that comes directly from you or has been provided on your behalf. For the purposes mentioned above, we process the following personal data: first and last name, address details, identification number, tax identification number, ID card details, telephone number, email address, bank account number, payment history and details about your vehicles.
Data recipient
Recipients of your personal data are employees, companies
STS Logistic Sp. z o.o., assist in their business activities, including those providing outsourcing services, companies affiliated with the Administrator, domestic and foreign, as well as public authorities on the basis of legal requirements.
Data retention period
The data will be stored for the next 5 years from the last event that could give rise to any claim. For some claims, this period may be extended if the law provides for a longer statute of limitations. The duration of storage of data processed for accounting and tax purposes is determined by applicable law. After these periods have expired, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to stop processing and to rectify, delete or remove, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data transfer and the right to withdraw consent to the transfer personal data, provided that the data processing is based on your consent. The possibility of using consent is possible by sending a message to the email address: rodo@stslogistic.com.pl. We would also like to point out that we grant the described right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in order to extend the protection of personal data.
Knowledge of the provision of personal data
Providing personal data is voluntary; without it, it is not possible for us to conclude a contract with you. Providing data, such as telephone number or email address, is voluntary and failure to provide it does not mean that we refuse to conclude the contract and we cannot contact you via these channels.
