Information obligation
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), the administrator of your personal data is STS Logistic Sp. z o.o., ul. Rabowicka 6, 62-020 Jasin („Administrator”).

Your personal data is processed in order to establish or maintain business relations between you and STS Logistic Sp. z o.o., direct marketing or company services, as well as for the purpose of sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services, provided that you have agreed to receive them.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6 para. 1 lit. a) or b) or f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The scope of data processed by the Administrator
The categories of your personal data processed are personal data that come directly from you or have been provided on your behalf. For the purposes set out above, we will process the following personal data: name, surname, address details, PESEL number, NIP number, identity document details, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, payment history and data regarding your vehicles.
Data recipients
The recipients of your personal data are employees, entities supporting STS Logistic Sp. z o. o. in its business activities, including those providing outsourcing services, entities related to the Administrator in the country and abroad, and public authorities, on the basis of statutory requirements.
Data storage period
The data will be stored for the next 5 years from the last event that may give rise to any claims. For some claims, this time may be extended if the law provides for a longer limitation period.

Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data if the data is processed on the basis of your consent .

We also inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for the protection of personal data.
Awareness of providing personal data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but without providing it, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you.
Providing data, such as e.g. telephone number or e-mail address, is voluntary, and failure to provide them will not result in refusal to conclude the contract; in this case, we will not be able to contact you through these channels.
